A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a high volume of incoming patient calls, screening inquiries and directing them as necessary
Initiate requests for administrative needs such as forms, referrals, and medication renewals while adhering to service line guidelines
Document call details in the electronic medical record and update patient information as required
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent customer service experience in a clinical setting
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
