As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with clients, visitors, and employees, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do : Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment within financial institution locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or incidents. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrol activities, incidents, and security-related occurrences as required by site protocols. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information while upholding security-related standards. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address issues and support the overall security-related objectives of the location. Minimum Requirements : At least one year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
