Currently we are seeking Full-time and Per Diem BC / BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians with an Interventional Pain or Interventional Spine Fellowship to join our team in Union City, CA.

Full-time annual salary range is $341,040 to $352,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $23,980

• . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.
• Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Per Diem rate is $175 to $180 per hour.
