Purchaser

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's operational requirements. This includes managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining optimal inventory levels while adhering to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
• Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective goods, or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 / hr.
