Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Assist in every function of running the restaurant from prepping food to cleaning the floors no clip board holders here!
- Work closely with team in ensuring the Core Values are practiced always
- Suggest and participate in sales building programs
- Quality control in service standards, food prep and safety / sanitation, store cleanliness, etc.
- Build great, professional relationships with employees, vendors and guests
- Assist in financial aspects from budgets to P&L
- Foster a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment
