About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Strategic Partnerships for the travel industry. This senior leadership role is pivotal in leading national growth through the development of high-impact relationships across the travel ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing partnership strategies, leading complex deal negotiations, and securing long-term, high-value agreements. A key aspect of the role is to build and leverage senior-level relationships, particularly with major travel brands such as airlines, OTAs, hotels, and financial institutions. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will also serve as a market-facing ambassador, representing the brand as a leading partner in the travel space. Applicants for the Head of Strategic Partnerships position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the travel industry, with at least 10 years in senior partnerships or business development roles. A proven track record in closing and managing strategic partnerships with major travel brands is essential, as is a strong executive network within the travel ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a respected and well-connected leader, known for their ability to create transformative deals that drive revenue and brand visibility. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are also key qualifications for this role.
