About the Role She Recruits is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time opportunity with a thriving healthcare facility in Alabama. You'll be part of a highly respected Anesthesia Department, working under physician supervision to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases. What You'll Do

• Select and administer appropriate anesthesia techniques, medications, and adjunct drugs for individual patients during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Conduct thorough chart reviews and physical assessments, evaluate lab data, and develop written anesthesia plans tailored to each surgical case.
• Perform endotracheal intubations / extubations, invasive monitoring, and other advanced procedures.
• Recognize and manage emergency situations including CPR.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a team-oriented attitude at all times.
