About :

Our client brings the operating room to life in realistic, portable systems, creating physical models that mimic human anatomy with specific conditions. Their medical device customers use their tech to show off their products to surgeons and hospitals, keep clients happy with ongoing training, and push the boundaries with R&D for new devices.

Their patented manufacturing process can create advanced surgical models tailored to specific pathologies for vascular / endovascular, interventional radiology, structural heart, and interventional cardiology device makers. Their products play a key role in making sure surgical devices are adopted safely and effectively, and they help physicians provide top-notch care.

They are backed by the National Science Foundation to develop a surgical data analytics platform that will give surgeons valuable insights into their performance and help medical device manufacturers understand how their devices are being used in the field. The movement and pressure data collected from our models will offer the first objective, data-driven solution for training on new medical devices.

About the role :

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their sales strategy. You will be responsible for expanding revenue streams, increasing the value of current contracts, and driving the commercialization of our products. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a fast-growing startup, where your contributions will directly impact the company's success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue expansion and achieve sales targets.
  • Contract Value : Increase the value of existing contracts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Marketing Leadership : Generate and collaborate with the marketing contractors to align sales and marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Commercialization : Lead the commercialization efforts for new products, from market entry strategies to full-scale market adoption.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
