Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician

Responsibilities

As a Commercial HVAC / R Service Technician, you will be a critical part of our service team, ensuring our customers' commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems are running safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day work will include :

• Troubleshooting and Repairing complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment (e.g., walk-in coolers / freezers, reach-in units, ice machines, etc.).
• Inspecting commercial equipment and related components to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and branch staff regarding the status of repairs, ensuring schedules are maintained and any delays are promptly communicated.
• Completing service tickets accurately and according to company procedures.
• Managing truck stock to ensure the service vehicle is adequately supplied with necessary parts.
• Maintaining the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety.
• Setting a positive example and acting as a company advocate for less experienced or new technicians.

Required Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for seasoned professionals with a proven track record. This is not an apprentice or entry-level position.
