We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques.
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Assist with menu planning and development
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Cook, with a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes to a high standard
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
