What Rewards Architecture contributes to Cardinal HealthSales Administration / Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization.

This includes sales tools / productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics / analytics, and rewards architecture.

Rewards Architecture is responsible for identifying needs, designing, developing and implementing sales compensation, performance and reward / recognition architecture that attracts, retains and motivates sales individuals and teams to drive superior performance and results and aligns with business strategies.

Job SummaryThe Consultant, Sales Compensation Administrator is responsible for the monthly and quarterly administration for our sales compensation plans.

They will also be responsible for maintaining all the commission administration data that is used for ad hoc reporting and quarterly reporting for senior leadership.

Also responsible for modeling as it relates to impacts to sales compensation and design changes. They will serve as the point of contact for all of our sales teams if they have questions about compensation.

You may be asked to complete an Excel skills check during the interview process.ResponsibilitiesAssist in annual sales compensation plan design processTranslate compensation plan designs into detailed reporting requirementsBuild financial templates and models to calculate sales compensation payouts based on plan designsPull and analyzes data from various sources to calculate sales compensation payouts on a monthly and quarterly basisSupport process for measuring sales compensation plan effectivenessCreate and maintain SOP for sales compensation calculation and administrationAssist in the development and management of a robust compensation governance modelCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure best practices and controls are regularly reviewed, implemented and followedQualificationsBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredMinimum of 5 years of general business experience preferredSales compensation administration experience preferredMicrosoft Excel skills (i.
