Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile cash, revenue transactions, and balance sheet accounts
Assist with general ledger entries, account schedules, and expense reporting
Process and code invoices through AP software; communicate with vendors as needed
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Support property tax, sales / use tax filings, and maintain supporting documentation
Identify and maintain 1099 vendors
Assist with annual 1099 preparation
Record and reconcile transactions related to the retirement plan
Support the Controller with various projects, analyses, and month-end tasks
Required Experience
Associate degree in Accounting or higher (Bachelor's preferred)
1-2+ years of accounting experience
Comfort with a hands-on AP component
Strong Excel skills
