Senior Cyber Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, Security Validation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Red Team engagements to emulate real-world threat actors and validate enterprise defenses

Conduct Security Validation Exercises across various environments to assess resilience against threats

Develop and maintain tools to simulate adversarial behavior and collaborate with internal teams for improved security measures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Master's Degree or professional coursework in Offensive Security, Information Assurance, or Threat Intelligence

5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 3+ years in offensive security or Red Team roles

Proven experience in Red Team or Purple Team engagements in large enterprise environments

Hands-on proficiency with security tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and similar
