What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary contact for homebuyers from the first meeting through closing.
- Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs preferences and budgets.
- Conduct model home tours and highlight the value of each community and available inventory.
- Engage with potential buyers through community events networking opportunities and local outreach.
- Manage your pipeline within the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up and communication.
- Participate in daily check-ins and sales coaching with leadership to maintain top performance.
- Represent our client with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Be the face of the brand in your community shaping first impressions and delivering a buying experience that reflects the quality of the homes themselves.

Required
Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing at the time of hire.Proven success in high-value or consultative sales.Motivated competitive and driven by financial success.Strong communication organization and follow-up skills.Professional dependable and team-oriented.Able to work weekends with two weekdays off.Ownership of a dependable vehicle.Must possess a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience in new home sales or real estate.Compensation and Benefits
