Job Type Part-time Description
POSITION SUMMARY : This position is responsible for circulating throughout assigned casino areas and serving guests on the Slot Machines by assisting with winning vouchers tickets, making change for players and assisting players with rules of the games.

- Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests
- Provide slot guests with personalized attention, as well as, promote, process, and enroll new Players Club members
- Maintain general property knowledge, casino promotions, Slot Marketing activities / events, and act as an informational resource for all guest inquiries
- Monitor the assigned area and attend to the guest’s needs by responding to jackpots and ensuring a comfortable guest experience
- Perform minor machine repairs
