Main Functions :
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with accounts receivables or payables
- Keep track of all payments, PO's, invoices, statements, etc.
- Generate invoices and account statements.
- Create monthly financial and management reports.
- Respond to all customer and vendor inquiries regarding finance.
- Place inventory orders and track shipments
- Account reconciliation
- Maintain records and expense reports
Qualifications :
Experienced using QuickBooks2+ years of accounting experienceDegree in accounting or similarAbility to prioritize and manage expectationsDetail-orientedBilingual is a plusMust be able to submit to a background check and drug screen
