As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our executive team. You will provide exceptional administrative support and facilitate the smooth operation of our executives’ responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Efficiently manage and optimize multiple executive calendars.
- Oversee and document work-related expenses.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for financial information.
- Support the preparation of local financial reports.
- Assist with annual and monthly declarations.
- Help create and manage agendas for departmental staff meetings.
- Coordinate and plan internal events such as offsites and team-building activities.
- Serve as a representative for your executive, managing meeting coordination, email communications, and interactions between departments and key stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive requests and respond promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties and address ad hoc requests as needed.
