• Patient Ratios : 1 : 2 CN free of patients
• Equipment : IABP (occasionally)
• EHR : Paragon
• Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc." : Medical ICU with minimal cardiac
• Must Have Skills / Experience : At least 1 year
• Preferred Skillset / Experience : Medical ICU, TNCC
• Type of Patients on Unit : Sepsis, Respiratory, some Cardiac & Trauma
• Personality Fit : Loves to work as a team and hold each other accountable to best practices
