Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Maintain open and professional communication with clients to provide guidance, motivation, and feedback.
• Manage scheduling and correspondence with clients to optimize availability and efficiency.
• Utilize scheduling / payment provided by the Jones Center to track and bill for services provided.
• Proactively market your training services to attract and retain clientele.
• Uphold a positive, engaging, and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
• Stay updated on fitness and health trends to continuously enhance your training expertise.
• Provide referrals to other certified and / or licensed health professionals when client needs surpass your scope of practice.
