ICU Nursing Job Details

Job Title : Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location : Meridian, Idaho (83642) – Idaho healthcare jobs

Assignment Type : Travel nursing contract

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Duration : 13 weeks

Shifts : 12-hour nights, 3 shifts / week

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week

Care Setting : Acute care, 14-bed mixed ICU (medical, surgical, cardiac cases)

Charting System : EpicCare Inpatient EMR

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1680-$1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years recent ICU RN experience

Active Registered Nurse license in Idaho or compact state

Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications

NIHSS certification required

Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Ability to float to Telemetry and other locations (Meridian, Nampa, Boise)

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a mixed ICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as needed

Float to Telemetry and other units as required

Maintain accurate documentation using EpicCare EMR

Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
