Expeditor / Production Scheduler
Temp to Perm position / / 2nd shift 1 : 00pm to 9 : 30pm, Monday thru Friday (training period from 7 : 00am to 3 : 30 pm)
Pay : $17.00 Hour (depends on experience)

Responsibilities
- Has an excellent understanding of the flow of work from Internal Operations to Production floor, and to Packing and Shipping
- Maintains all item information, decorating standards and production department run rates current within Syteline
- Works closely with production departments to assigns items to machine ensuring efficient daily scheduling and maximizing department capacity
- Communicates all information required by Supervisors and others to assure job quality and on-time delivery of goods to customers
- Provides large order quotes for production lead times and other required information
- Ensures that all Same Day requests are prioritized and pushed through the system
- Ensures timely communication with customers when orders do not ship as requested
- Handles Order updates needing a traveler change
- Ensures other Order status updates are followed up upon
- Helps Internal Operations with Product Decorating questions
- Expedites and follows up on all Urgent Customer Requests
Knowledge, Experience, and Personal Attributes :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Highly skilled in organization, prioritization and great attention to detail
- Must be able to work well independently or with others
- Must possess a Customer Service Spirit mentality and follow up skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to positively interact with various departments within the organization
- Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of Syteline strongly preferred
- Must have experience in Microsoft Excel
