Scrum Master

Role : Scrum Master

Location : Atlanta, GA (Please share candidates from East Coast side only)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Act as scrum master for several scrum teams within the R&D organization driving backlog prioritization, sprint planning, retrospective and demos with the stakeholders
• Communicate and align with department leaders and stakeholders on project, sprint plans, product roadmap, status, change requests, issues and risks
• Follows standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Identify project management process improvement opportunities, incorporating lessons learned into future projects / sprints.
• Maintain scope change recognizing issues and risks and / or requests from key stakeholders
• Hosts all scrum ceremonies and Coaches team members on scrum best practice
• Remove roadblocks throughout the sprint cycle
