This is especially important for our HR Coordinator as they serve as a point of contact for employee questions. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting a variety of HR processes with an emphasis on ticket management and HR system administration. Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset, proven attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Essential Functions of the Role :
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions through the HR ticketing system, troubleshooting basic items and escalating complex issues.
- Maintain employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including position, status, and name changes.
- Monitor Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license changes and ensure all required agreements are executed.
- Prepare and send regularly scheduled reporting for other departments.
- Process and route all department mail via Zendesk.
- Assist with processing employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate Company unemployment responses.
- Monitor expiring documents related to the I-9 and complete reverifications as required.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate and track compliance projects, such as Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR’s), performance reviews, and labor law postings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Two years of administrative experience required.Prior HR experience preferred.Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.Education / Licensing Requirements :
