TEMP - LPN CLINIC(DAYS)

Position : LPN - Clinical

Location : Rapid City, SD, 57701

Shifts : Days, 8hr

Duration : 13 Weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week

Pay Rate :

• Traveler : Gross : $2200per week ($23 / hr on W2 and $1280- Per Diem)

Requirements :

BLS certification - Required

1.5 years of LPN experience- Required

Job Duties :

Provide routine nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status; report any changes to the RN or physician.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote comfort and dignity.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to resident needs.

Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families regarding health conditions and care procedures.

Ensure compliance with LTC facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards to maintain a safe care environment.
