Additional Position Details : Union position | FTE : 0.9 | Full Time | 3rd Shift - Nights Patterned

Salary : Wages are between $53.99 - $77.79 an hour. Increases are based on years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours :

• $2.50 extra for working between 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11 : 01pm and 7 : 00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s). Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has the capacity for 32 patients. The Asante NICU is the regional Level III NICU specifically designed to provide comprehensive neonatal care using high technology equipment uniquely designed for premature and / or high acuity infants. The NICU treats premature neonates as early as 22-weeks gestation. The NICU is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The department has bed space to provide care for up to 32 neonates. The NICU has six twin rooms and one triplet room.

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center nurse to neonate ratios are 2 : 1 to 1 : 3 depending on acuity. The NICU has a dedicated transport team that services Southern Oregon and surrounding areas. Average daily census is 20.
