We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Bar Inventory Manager to oversee all beverage inventory operations for our bar program. This role focuses specifically on spirits, wine, beer, mixers, syrups, garnish supplies, glassware, keg management, and bar cost control.
Primary Responsibilities :
Order manage -
- Manage weekly bar inventory counts with accuracy
- Track liquor, wine, beer, mixer and specialty item usage
- Maintain par levels for high-volume bar service
- Monitor keg rotation, CO2 levels, waste and loss prevention
- Oversee ordering, delivery checks and supplier coordination
- Track cost percentages and variance against sales
- Maintain back bar organization and labeling systems
- Coordinate with bartenders and management on product flow
- Record breakage, spills, comps and overpours
- Prepare weekly inventory and cost reports for ownership
- Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations
- Support menu changes and new product onboarding
Requirements :
Proven experience in bar inventory or bar managementStrong understanding of liquor cost systems and pour controlFamiliarity with POS reporting (Toast / Square / Aloha preferred)Ability to implement efficient stock organization methodsStrong analytical and documentation skillsReliable, detail-focused and trustworthyAbility to work early mornings or late nights for accurate countsPreferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus) :
