Job descriptionTime and Attendance entry Payroll Register Audit and Review Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll Responsible for full cycle recruitment Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department Manage the job postings process Review resumes and pre-screen candidates Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers Conducts phone interviews, office interviews Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc. Healthcare Experience Required 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required 2 years payroll processing experience required Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and NY employment laws and regulations Staffing Coordination experience preferred
