In this role you'll engage warm leads and conduct outbound calls to spark meaningful, results-driven conversations. You'll collaborate with members to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a smooth sales process and long-term member satisfaction.

This role moves quickly! You'll manage a high volume of activity, pivot between tasks seamlessly, and make smart decisions in real time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance standards and quotas; strive to surpass assigned sales goals
