Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Labor & Delivery

License : Active Iowa State License

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM, STABLE

Must-Have :

Experience with EPIC EMR

Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience

NICU and / or Mother-Baby experience preferred

Completion of at least 1 travel contract in the previous 12 months

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

You will utilize the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care.

Types of patients include antepartum, newborn, gynecology, and NICU.

You will work with drips such as glucose.

The unit consists of 12 labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum rooms, 1 C-section operating room, and 3 overflow areas.

You are required to work every third weekend and participate in holiday rotations.

A limit of 1 day request off will be allowed during designated holiday periods for all travelers.
