Mad Hatter Auto Repair, a dynamic and customer-focused automotive repair shop in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Location : Mad Hatter Auto Repair, Council Bluffs, Iowa, 3338 West Broadway

Salary Range : $50,000 - $90,000 annually

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive repair sales, or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• A positive, customer-oriented attitude and a team player mentality.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history
