Required Skillset : Education & Experience : High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years of administrative experience in sales or service industries; ERP system familiarity preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis and interpretation. Soft Skills : Strong decision-making, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills; ability to escalate issues appropriately. Operational Skills : Dispatching, scheduling, and paperwork management. Physical Requirements : Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks requiring close and distance vision. Work Environment : Standard office setting with moderate noise levels.
