Project Coordinator / Billing

Handle in the billing and invoice questions

Will need to have a strong attention to detail – will be pulling images of all invoices and making sure they match the system and make sure they aren’t missing anything

Approving timesheets

Approving expenses

Cutting layoff checks – this happens all the time due to the workers needing to wait to complete certain areas until another team is done. These checks need to be physical walked and handed to them the day of.

Administrative tasks - Order stuff on amazon, order lunches, assist anywhere they can to make the teams life easier

Be someone who is easy going and willing to do what they need to, to assist
