- Screening individuals from our Hotel Database.
- Managing the Project Pipeline
- High level problem solving in collaboration with multiple departments
- Manages interaction with customers (showroom associates-mainly project teams, architects, and designers) and Outside Sales team members via phone and email regarding project inquiries and escalated problem resolution.
- Project Sales duties, administrative duties, sample and literature requests for designers and architects' coordination, project quoting, and project order processing.
- Managing the CRM system related to projects
- Supporting the Inside Sales Manager.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
