We are seeking Board-Certified Neonatologists to join our exceptional team — a facility known for its excellence, innovation, and commitment to families. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group of professionals who share your passion for neonatal care.

📅 Schedule : 24-hour in-house shifts

🏥 Setting : Level IV NICU | 72 Beds | Average Daily Census : 60

🫁 Cases : Delivery Room Attendance, Admissions, Ventilated Level III / IV Patients

💡 High Acuity Environment – Jet & Oscillator Ventilation, iNO, and Body Cooling

👨‍⚕️ Team Support : Never solo on shift — collaborative structure with experienced colleagues

(No ECMO experience required!)

✅ What We’re Looking For

Board Certified in Neonatology (MD / DO)

Active NV License or IMLC Compact Eligibility

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU

Commitment to Ongoing Availability and clinical excellence
