Overview : We are hiring a Director of Pediatric Services to lead a pediatric program within an established community health clinic in Oakland, CA. The Director will oversee clinical operations, guide an interdisciplinary team, and champion high-quality, culturally concordant care with a particular focus on improving outcomes for underserved and Black communities.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Recruit, support, and retain pediatric providers and care teams
• Develop clinical protocols and departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Utilize health statistics and EHR data to evaluate and refine care delivery
• Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee departmental budget and support strategic program growth
