Safely and precisely position heavy components to build and restore critical infrastructure with a variety of cranes. We can’t build anything without you.

What you’ll get to do

  • Participate in a culture of unwavering safety. Receive clean, professional, properly fitted personal protective equipment (PPE), attend regular job safety trainings, and participate in safety / environmental initiatives to ensure your well-being and our compliance with State and Federal regulations

About you

  • You're skilled at operating Telecrawlers, Rough Terrains, Lattice Boom Crawlers, or Ringer Cranes with 2+ years of training / experience.

  • For you, "good enough" isn't good enough and you know that accuracy is critical for safety and structural integrity. Your precision and care set you apart from other Crane Operators.
  • Your acute awareness of distance, height, and clearance ensures safe and efficient maneuvering of loads, even in the most challenging environments

Even better (but not required) if you have

  • Growth - We know it's hard to find good training in this industry. You won't be stuck in a role long-term if you don't want to be.

If you put in the work, you'll receive hands-on training and opportunities to advance your skills and position. We look for every opportunity to grow

and develop the best in our team.

  • Balance - While many heavy civil contractors work their teams 70-80 hours per week, you can expect to work an average of 50-60 hours per week.
