Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a school-based service model.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of AmeriCorps members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their professional growth

Build and maintain partnerships with school administration and community stakeholders to support service objectives

Ensure fidelity to the service model and lead the after-school program, monitoring quality and making necessary adjustments

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

2-6 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role

Proven ability to set high expectations and hold teams accountable for performance goals

Experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders

Passion for service and a background in education is a plus
