1. Responsibilities

1.1 Lead HR & Admin team to deliver activities and programs efficiently and effectively.

a) Planning HR operation and office administration activities annually.

b) Manage the employee lifecycle transactions and processes including but not limited to new hire onboarding, employee movements, promotions, and off boarding, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

c) Oversee each payroll run and ensure it is completed accurately and on time.

d) Develop new and update existing HR & Admin policies and procedures and oversee their implementation while ensuring the integrity of internal HR data and compliance with respective laws and regulations.

e) Spearhead the local management of corporate housing, company cars, and international travel in supporting the global dispatch program.

f) Partner with global HRBPs to run performance management activities.

g) Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current HR & Admin service provider including but not limited to payroll provider, time-keeping system, and learning management tools and propose upgrades or alternatives as needed.

h) Compile and present HR & Admin reports according to the set schedule.

i) Run the office admin functions.

1.2 Develop a high performing HR & Admin team.

a) Define goals for HR and Administration team that are in line with company’s overall business strategy and HR priorities.

b) Provide guidance, feedback, coaching and support to team members and drive the team to perform at their best.

c) Responsible for the team performance evaluation and management.

1.3 Employee Relationship and Engagement Management

Partner with US Leadership Team and Group HR to develop and promote a healthy, productive and highly engaging employee relationship aligning with CARsgen culture.

1.4 Implement all employee relations activities and programs, including but not limited to, employee engagement activities, and disciplinary procedures.

1.5 Be responsible for the budget management for HR operation & Admin.

2.Qualification

2.1 Bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resources or Finance or Management.

2.2 At least ten years’ experience in HR operation, three of which in a supervisory role.

2.3 Rich experience and practical experience in labor and employment laws in one or several states of the following NC, TX, CA, MA.

2.4 Knowledge and understanding of business processes, especially HR processes.

2.5 Successful experience in employee relations.

2.6 Solid knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

2.7 Excellent written and verbal communication.

2.8 Proven ability to multitask Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

2.9 Working experience in a growing company and a Manufacturing site.
