Duties
SUMMARY : The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Instructional Systems Specialist to design and develop English and Spanish courseware, and to conduct programs of instruction for staff and faculty development for the Inter-American Air Forces Academy (IAAFA).
DUTIES :
- Plans, coordinates, designs and validates components of instructional design.
- Develops, reviews, and revises instructional materials in accordance with established learning theories.
- Develops measurement plans and devices to determine instructional objective / training element achievement.
- Accomplishes special projects relating to the instructional program.
- Reviews and monitors total support requirements.
