Reporting to the Supervisor, Sales Support, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing service and support to the North America Sales Team : Divisional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you are the primary point of contact for your assigned sales associates, providing them accurate and prompt support.

This position is part of the Sales Support team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid. This role will be Monday to Friday 7 : 30AM to 4PM.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Prepare and process quotes, assist with quotes to orders.
• Accurate and timely completion of requests from sales team to execute updates, changes, and new information within CRM, including opportunity management.
• Gather / confirm information needed so order entry can enter customer orders into the company's order entry system.
• Researching sales credit change and account ownership requests, including seeking approvals and completing necessary templates and spreadsheets.
• Initiate no charge orders, returns, credits, sales allowances, traces, replacement orders and billings.
• Handle incoming calls from internal customers (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Tech Support, Bid Specialist, Credit, Analytics, etc.).
• Assists Divisional Sales Managers, Inside Sales and Regional Sales Managers with requests.

US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $29.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
