Job description

Long Term Care Facility -

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our skilled nursing facility / long-term care team in Hartford County, CT. The LNHA will oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve operational excellence and high-quality resident care.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost management while maximizing revenue streams.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for staff, promoting professional growth and development.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accreditation standards and licensure requirements.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical, administrative, and support staff, to optimize care delivery and resident services.

Qualifications :

Valid Connecticut LNHA license in good standing.

Proven track record of successful leadership in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
