Centralized Operations Manager

Position Overview : As a Centralized Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening operational consistency across our network of branches and regions. This role is designed as a peer to our Regional Managers, with a focus on centralized oversight of logistics, dispatch, fleet, and facility operations. Based at our Eagan headquarters, you'll ensure that daily execution, compliance, and performance standards are met at our Eagan location. This is a hands-on role that combines operational leadership with practical problem-solving. You'll oversee centralized operations teams, conduct audits, and drive accountability through metrics and scorecards - all while coaching and developing staff to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership, preferably within a wholesale, distribution, or healthcare-related environment. Experience in medical device, durable medical equipment (DME), or hospital supply chain operations preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control, warehousing, routing, and fulfillment operations. Hands-on experience with MRP or ERP systems and data-driven decision-making. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and regions to achieve common goals. Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
