This hybrid Trial Attorney / Sr. Trial Attorney position involves providing legal defense for insured clients and representing the company in litigated matters, with responsibilities including managing a full caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, handling trials and appeals, and advising claims professionals. The role requires strong litigation, research, and communication skills, with the ability to independently develop defense strategies across various types of liability cases. Candidates must have at least seven years of legal experience, a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, and an active Pennsylvania Bar license. Regular in-office presence and travel for court appearances, depositions, and meetings are also required.
