We are working with a large firm seeking a midlevel bankruptcy associate to join their team in Wilmington, Delaware.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, restructuring, and / or creditors’ rights litigation.
• Delaware bar
• Strong academic credentials

The group represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 9 and 11 proceedings, restructurings, and distressed asset acquisitions.
