Own full-cycle recruiting for Talent team roles including recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators

Partner with Talent and People leaders to define role needs and drive hiring outcomes

Source exceptional recruiting talent and deliver a high-touch candidate experience

Required Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies

Demonstrated success in hiring recruiters, sourcers, and talent operators

Deep sourcing expertise with a focus on building strong, diverse pipelines

Metrics-oriented approach to refine search strategies and improve hiring processes

Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a high-velocity environment
