Manufacturing Inventory Control Specialist

Step into the role

Picture your afternoon starting at 3 : 00 PM in Deerfield Beach, FL. You review the ERP dashboard, confirm cycle counts, and reconcile what’s on the floor with what’s on the screen. You’ll receive and count incoming parts, stock them precisely, and assemble component pick kits that keep our assembly and manufacturing teams moving. When needed, you’ll jump into the shipping area to package parts headed to vendors and customers. Throughout your shift, you’ll keep storage areas organized for maximum space efficiency and maintain a clean, safe workspace aligned with company policies.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels; trigger timely replenishment as needed.
• Receive, count, and stock incoming inventory with precision.
• Build job-order / component pick kits for assembly and manufacturing departments.
• Occasionally assist shipping to package parts for vendors and customers.
• Optimize storage area layout for better space utilization and accessibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve inventory questions and support production demands.
• Use inventory management software and ERP tools to track and reconcile stock.
• Uphold housekeeping, safety, and company policy standards on the floor.
