Position Overview

The Dental Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the practice. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of dental office procedures, and the ability to manage both staff and patient relations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and excellent patient care
• Supervise, train, and support front office and administrative staff
• Manage scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processing
• Monitor practice performance, production, and collections
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to maintain seamless patient flow
• Handle patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and dental board regulations
• Assist with marketing efforts and patient retention initiatives
