Senior IT Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead contract operations and support IT contract requests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT contracts end-to-end, including renewals, terminations, and compliance with standards

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align contract terms and support vendor management

Analyze operational workflows and performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor / contract management, or project coordination

Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing models, and procurement processes

Proficiency with ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Experience supporting cross-functional IT projects and coordinating with stakeholders
