About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Lead IT Technicianto provide on-site support for client environments across Frederick Maryland. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2+ years of technical support experience who's ready to take the next step while continuing to grow their skills.

What You'll Do

Deploy, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) for end users, primarily on mobile devices

Work with Microsoft or Cisco Duo (experience preferred) and other MFA solutions

Provide Tier 1-2 support for laptops, tablets, and other end-user technology

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of IT support / helpdesk experience, including MFA deployment at the user level

Familiarity with Cisco Duo or similar MFA tools

Strong customer-service and communication skills

Clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required for site visits)

Ability to pass a background check
