Note : This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at either the Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience in governance, business planning, financial, or transactional law.

Job Description

• Provide support to attorneys in corporate governance, business planning, mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions
• Draft, review, and organize corporate documents, contracts, and closing binders
• Conduct due diligence and manage large document productions
• Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities
• Manage corporate filings, annual reports, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure accuracy and timely completion of projects
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, agreements, and related documents
